With over 26 years of experience in integrative movement and wellness, Dr. Nolan brings a whole-person philosophy to every session. Holding a Master's degree in Integrative Health Sciences and 20 years of clinical practice โ 15 of them in the United States โ she specializes in Therapeutic Yoga, Clinical Pilates, Breathwork, and Lifestyle Coaching.
Her approach addresses both physical symptoms and the underlying lifestyle factors that perpetuate them, using evidence-informed movement, mindfulness, and sustainable wellness practices personalized to each individual.
